Once you receive the return label, pack the item securely and ensure it is shipped back within 7 days.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed. 4. Exchanges

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
