To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@buyandbeyondstore.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item. Once you receive the return label, pack the item securely and ensure it is shipped back within 7 days.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed. Please be aware that the time it takes for your refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@buyandbeyondstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange or provide a solution based on availability.
For domestic orders, we offer free return shipping. A prepaid shipping label will be provided once your return is approved. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
